MOVE is a 5-day summer event designed for high school students to know Jesus better, deepen their relationships, and be sent out to do Kingdom Work.

C3 Youth Purposes for MOVE

With Jesus | To challenge students to take the next step in their walk with Jesus.

In Community | To create community and healthy relationships within the church.

On Mission | To propel students to take their faith home and live it out. 

Pricing for MOVE: $500 / Student

Students must register, pay a $200 deposit, complete the C3 Youth Sunday Volunteer Form (by Monday, March 10th), and serve on C3 Youth Sunday, April 6th. Price includes transportation, conference, lodging and meals while at the conference. Students are responsible for meals while traveling to and from the conference (approximately 5 meals). 

If all of the above requirements have not been met, an additional $200 late fee will be added to the price ($700 total cost)

Students will be placed in areas for service during both services. In order to participate in C3 Youth Sunday, you must turn in a $200 deposit and complete “C3 Youth Sunday Volunteer Form” by Monday, March 10th.

NEW THIS YEAR: there are two options for extended recreation: White Water Rafting or the Tennessee Aquarium/IMAX

If you are unsure about rafting, go ahead and fill out the form and you can decide later.

We suggest to pay a second payment of $150 by April 15th to split up the payments, making the last payment of $150 due by May 26th.

Partner with C3 Youth starting April 6th

Please consider partnering with C3 Youth, in giving and in prayer, to help send students to MOVE this summer!

There are currently over 100 students who need a $200 financial donation and prayer paving their way for God to move in their lives before, during, and after the event. We are asking YOU to partner with C3 Youth to meet this need. You may choose to pay the full $200, or donate in $50 increments. When you donate, you will receive the name of a specific student, whom we ask that you commit to praying for throughout the spring/summer. Want to donate? ITINERARY

Sunday, June 29th
9:00 pm - All students meet at C3 for check-in (Pray at 9:45 pm)
10:00 pm - Depart for MOVE

Monday, June 30th
11:00 am (EST) - Arrive in Cleveland, TN

Thursday, July 3rd
10:45 am (EST) - Leaving campus for Extended Recreation Time

Saturday, July 5th
7:00 am (EST) - Leave from Cleveland, TN
9:00 pm - Return to C3 no later than 9:00 pm

PAY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

THINGS TO BRING:

  • Bible/Pen/Notebook

  • Toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrush, towel, etc. 

  • Clothes for 7 days, Sunday-Saturday

  • Jacket or hoodie for cool evenings (Didn’t need this last time unless you are cold inside)

  • Swimming Suit. (Please wear modest swimwear. No bikinis or swim briefs will be allowed.) *You will want this for Rafting on Thursday!

  • Shoes for Rafting! You cannot wear any loose shoes (i.e. flip flops) but you need to have shoes on. Water shoes, Chacos, Tevas, other sandals that will strap to your feet all work, or you can wear an old pair of tennis shoes.

  • C3 Youth CIY Shirt (Pick up at departure!) 

  • Sleeping Bag/Blankets/Sheets/Pillow (Mattresses are provided on campus)

  • Money for 5 Meals. (All of these meals will have fast food options and take place during travel time and extended recreation on Thursday)

  • Extra money for Merchandise at MOVE or other shopping (items can be purchased online through their virtual store).

THINGS NOT TO BRING:

  • Tobacco, Alcohol, Vape, Fireworks, paintball/airsoft guns, weapons, game consoles

DRESS UP NIGHTS: (not mandatory, but encouraged each evening)

  • Monday Evening: ?????

  • Thursday Evening:  C3 Youth T-shirt & Sock and Sandals (Will receive on June 29th)

  • Friday Evening: Fancy & Patriotic
